Ingredients:
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists, broken into pieces
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Put the crispy rice cereal, broken pretzel pieces, and salted peanuts in a large bowl
Put the creamy peanut butter, unsalted butter, and white chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Melt them all together
Stirring every 20 seconds, heat in short bursts until smooth and well mixed
Add the melted mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients
Mix it all together slowly until the dry ingredients are evenly covered
Cover a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving two sides overhanging to make it easy to take off
Put the mixture into the baking pan that has been prepared
Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to press it down evenly and firmly
Sift the powdered sugar over the top of the mixture in the pan from a small bowl
For at least two hours, or until firm and set, put the bars in the fridge
When the bars are hard, use the extra parchment paper to lift them out of the pan
Cut them into bars with a sharp knife after putting them on a cutting board
Serve and have fun!
