BSK Burger



The BSK Burger is a classic and delicious homemade burger that's perfect for any occasion. It's juicy, flavorful, and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat

Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom bun

Add a burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by pickles

Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, then place it on the burger

Serve hot and enjoy!

Sriracha Chicken Noodles



This Sriracha Chicken Noodles recipe is a spicy and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and savory mushrooms with a kick of sriracha sauce. Perfect for spice lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 oz rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat

Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good

Put in the sliced chicken breasts and cook them until they are browned and done

Sliced mushrooms and bell peppers should be added and cooked until soft

Put soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey in a small bowl and mix them together

Spread the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the pan

Toss the cooked rice noodles around in the pan to make sure they are covered in sauce all over

Add two to three more minutes of cooking time until everything is hot

Before serving, top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro

Fault Line Cupcakes



These Fault Line Cupcakes are a showstopper at any event. With their colorful marbled interior and fault line frosting design, they are as delicious as they are visually striking. Perfect for celebrations!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • Food coloring assorted colors
  • Buttercream frosting
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter optional

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the almond and vanilla extracts and mix well

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing them in with the milk every so often

Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk

Don't mix any further than that

Put equal amounts of cupcake batter into each bowl, and then use different food coloring in each bowl to make a swirl effect

To make the cupcake liners look marbled, drop spoonfuls of each color of batter into them

After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down

After the cupcakes have cooled, use a piping bag to frost them with your favorite buttercream frosting

Leave a gap in the middle to make a "fault line" effect

Use sprinkles or edible glitter to make it look even better

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans 5 ounces each of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup each, and place them on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Cook the tuna patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or atop a salad

Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Meatballs



These slow cooker chicken Parmesan meatballs are a delicious twist on a classic Italian dish. They're juicy, flavorful, and perfect for serving with pasta or bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Make meatballs out of the mixture that are about an inch across

Put half of the marinara sauce in the slow cooker's bottom

Put the meatballs in the slow cooker and cover them with the rest of the marinara sauce

Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are fully cooked

In the last 15 minutes of cooking, cover the meatballs with mozzarella cheese

Warm it up and serve it with bread or pasta

Melted Witch Brownies with Marshmallow



A delicious and eerie treat, these Melted Witch Brownies with Marshmallow are ideal for Halloween or any other witchy occasion. Fudgy brownies are a delightful dessert for all ages, especially with the fun witch's hat decorations and the gooey melted marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of green icing
  • 1/4 cup of black icing

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a square baking pan

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted unsalted butter, eggs, and water

Mix until well combined

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top of the brownies

Return the brownies to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to melt and turn golden brown

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan

Once cooled, drizzle the green icing over the brownies in a zigzag pattern to create a 'witch's brew' effect

Using the black icing, add some 'witch's hat' decorations on top of the melted marshmallows

Allow the icing to set before cutting the brownies into squares

Serve and enjoy your Melted Witch Brownies with Marshmallow!

Strawberry Jam in a Mason Jar



Full of delicious fruit, this homemade strawberry jam is ideal for spreading on your favorite morning foods. Your homemade creation gains a charming touch from the mason jar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Mason jar with lid

Instructions:

Chop the strawberries into small pieces and place them in a bowl

In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and lemon juice until well combined

Pour the sugar mixture over the chopped strawberries and stir to coat them evenly

Let it sit for 30 minutes to macerate

After macerating, transfer the strawberry mixture to a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes or until the mixture thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency

While the jam is cooking, sterilize the mason jar and lid by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes

Allow them to air dry

Once the jam is ready, carefully pour it into the sterilized mason jar, leaving a bit of space at the top

Seal the jar with the lid while it's still hot

As the jam cools, you'll hear a popping sound, indicating a proper seal

Allow the jam to cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator

It will continue to thicken as it cools
