J'en reste baba: Fantastik chocolat, framboise



Indulge in the decadent combination of rich dark chocolate and tangy fresh raspberries with this fantastic tart inspired by Christophe Michalak's J'en reste baba. It's a delightful treat that will leave you craving for more!

Ingredients:

  • 200g of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 150g of butter
  • 150g of granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 200g of fresh raspberries
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180C 350F

Grease and line a tart pan with parchment paper

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a double boiler, stirring until smooth

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy

Gradually fold in the melted chocolate mixture until well combined

Sift in the all-purpose flour and gently fold until just incorporated

Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan and spread it evenly

Scatter fresh raspberries over the top of the batter

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve slices with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Pear and Almond Tart



Enjoy a tasty pear and almond tart that doesn't contain any dairy or gluten. The sweet taste of ripe pears and the nutty taste of almond flour work perfectly together in this simple recipe. You can eat it for dessert or as a sweet treat at any time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sliced almonds, for topping optional

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a tart pan with coconut oil

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and salt

Mix until well combined

Press the mixture into the greased tart pan, forming an even crust along the bottom and up the sides

Arrange the sliced pears over the crust in a decorative pattern

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are tender

If desired, sprinkle sliced almonds over the tart during the last 5-10 minutes of baking

Allow the tart to cool slightly before slicing and serving

Maple Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies



These Maple Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies combine the irresistible flavors of crispy bacon, rich chocolate chips, and pure maple syrup. They're the perfect balance of sweet and savory, making them a unique and delightful treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of bacon bits
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Cook the bacon bits in a skillet until they crisp up

After removing extra oil using paper towels, finely chop the bacon

Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition

Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir

Mix the salt, baking soda, and flour in a different bowl

Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients gradually, stirring just until combined

Once the chopped bacon pieces and semisweet chocolate chips are well mixed into the cookie dough, fold them in

Round tablespoons of cookie dough should be dropped, separated by about 2 inches, onto the baking sheet that has been prepared

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the centers are set and the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven

After taking the cookies out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling

Creamy Mushroom Pasta



This creamy mushroom pasta is a hit with everyone. It has tender pasta covered in a rich, creamy sauce with garlic and mushrooms cooked until golden brown. It's quick, simple, and very satisfying!

Ingredients:

  • 300g pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add mushrooms and garlic, saut until mushrooms are golden brown and garlic is fragrant

Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and stir until heated through

Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat evenly with the creamy mushroom sauce

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and continue to toss until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
