Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 oz rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good
Put in the sliced chicken breasts and cook them until they are browned and done
Sliced mushrooms and bell peppers should be added and cooked until soft
Put soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey in a small bowl and mix them together
Spread the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the pan
Toss the cooked rice noodles around in the pan to make sure they are covered in sauce all over
Add two to three more minutes of cooking time until everything is hot
Before serving, top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro
