These Paleo Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a delicious and savory dish that's perfect for those following a Paleo diet. The combination of tender steak, fragrant garlic, and rich ghee makes for a satisfying meal that's easy to prepare in a cast iron skillet.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of ghee clarified butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
A cast iron skillet should be heated to a high temperature using medium heat
Melt the ghee by adding it to the skillet
Add salt and pepper to the steak bites for seasoning
When the garlic is fragrant, add it to the skillet with the minced cloves and saut it for about 30 seconds
To achieve medium-rare, cook the seasoned steak bites in the skillet for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your preferred doneness
