Ingredients:
- 2 cans 5 ounces each of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together
