Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup shoarma meat
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 375F 190C
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want
Place the rolled-out dough on an air fryer basket or tray that has been lined with parchment paper
Don't cover the dough with pizza sauce all the way to the edges; leave a little space for the crust
Add the shreds of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
Spread the shoarma meat, red onion, bell peppers, black olives, and cherry tomatoes out evenly on top of the cheese
On top, put crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and garlic powder
Put some olive oil on the pizza and add salt and pepper to taste
Carefully move the pizza from the parchment paper to the air fryer basket or tray that has already been heated
It should be air-fried at 375F 190C for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
After taking the pizza out of the air fryer, let it cool for one minute, and then add fresh parsley on top
Cut up your tasty Pizza Shoarma from the air fryer and serve it!
