Slow Cooker Sensitive Ears Earring Trick

This recipe for a Slow Cooker Sensitive Ears Earring Trick makes a tasty chicken dish that is cooked slowly to perfection in a savory sauce. The Asian-inspired flavors from the soy sauce, honey, and ginger make the dish taste great.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper should all be put into a slow cooker along with chicken broth

Put the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover them with the sauce mix

Set the cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours

Remove the lid and cook the chicken until it is soft and fully cooked

Take the chicken out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks

Put the chicken shreds back into the slow cooker

Add water and cornstarch to a small bowl

Stir until the mixture is smooth

Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker and stir it around until the sauce gets thicker

Put cooked rice or noodles on the plate and top with the chicken shreds

Add sesame seeds and green onions on top
