Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper should all be put into a slow cooker along with chicken broth
Put the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover them with the sauce mix
Set the cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours
Remove the lid and cook the chicken until it is soft and fully cooked
Take the chicken out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks
Put the chicken shreds back into the slow cooker
Add water and cornstarch to a small bowl
Stir until the mixture is smooth
Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker and stir it around until the sauce gets thicker
Put cooked rice or noodles on the plate and top with the chicken shreds
Add sesame seeds and green onions on top
